    On page 6, line 24, after "RCW 47.46.040, insert "or any voluntary overtime"; and

    On page 6, line 27,  after "RCW 47.46.040, insert "or any voluntary overtime" .

EFFECT: Clarifies that all forms of voluntary overtime pay, including overtime pay under RCW 47.46.040, shall be excluded, beginning July 1, 2001, from the final average salary used to compute retirement allowances. This amendment is consistent with the original intent of the JCPP proposal.
