    On page 1, line 17, after "pregnancy" insert the following:

"However, a facility or organization where abortions are performed, or which provides referrals for abortions, shall not be reimbursed for any family planning services provided under RCW 74.09."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Any facility or organization that performs or refers for abortion services may not be reimbursed by medicaid for family planning services.
