    On page 2, line 21, after "designer;" strike everything through "line worker;" on line 21.

    On page 2, line 37, after "representing", strike "outside line or cable workers" and insert "small electrical contractors"

    On page 3, line 24, after "representing" strike "outside line or cable workers" and insert "small electrical contractors"

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
