    On page 2, line 37, after "representing" strike "outside line or cable workers" and insert "technical or trade schools"

    On page 3, line 24, after "representing" strike "outside line or cable workers" and insert "technical or trade schools"

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
