    On page 2, after line 24, insert the following:

    "(3) All statements in support of or in opposition to an initiative or referendum which are submitted for inclusion in a ballot or voter's pamphlet shall, prior to inclusion, be reviewed by the attorney general for factual accuracy.  No statement which has not been approved by the attorney general as factually accurate shall be included on the ballot or in a voter's pamphlet."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
