    On page 2, after line 19 of the amendment, strike all material through "appropriate." on line 21

    On page 3, line 15 of the amendment, after "47.06.140." insert "Project prioritization must be based primarily upon cost-benefit analysis, where appropriate."

EFFECT:  Requires project prioritization to be based primarily on cost-benefit analysis for transportation improvement projects.  Project prioritization does not have to be based primarily on cost-benefit analysis for transportation preservation projects.
