By Senators Hargrove, McCaslin, Hewitt, Snyder, Rasmussen Hochstatter, Parlette, Honeyford, Morton and Sheahan

    Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  The following acts or parts of act are each repealed:

    (1) Section 1, chapter 1, Laws of 2001 (Initiative Measure No. 713) (uncodified);

    (2) Section 2, chapter 1, Laws of 2001 (Initiative Measure No. 713);

    (3) Section 3, chapter 1, Laws of 2001 (Initiative Measure No. 713);

    (4) Section 4, chapter 1, Laws of 2001 (Initiative Measure No. 713);

    (5) Section 5, chapter 1, Laws of 2001 (Initiative Measure No. 713); and

    (6) Section 6, chapter 1, Laws of 2001 (Initiative Measure No. 713) (uncodified)."
