    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Prior to adopting new rules to protect the health of nonsmokers from the hazards of exposure to environmental tobacco smoke, the department of health must consider rules proposed by a task force.  The underlying bill would require the department to adopt the rules developed by the task force.
