    On page 2, line 5, after "chapter."insert "The provisions of this subsection (2) are not intended to limit any other remedy or defense available under statutory or common law.  The provisions of this subsection (2) are also not intended to limit any remedy or defense available to other agencies that issue permits pursuant to this chapter."

EFFECT: Clarifies that conservation districts may still avail themselves of any other statutory or common law remedies and defenses.
