    On page 3, after line 31, insert the following:

    "(3) An employee under subsection (1) of this section may not participate in any concerted action that may have the affect of disrupting the learning environment for students at the University of Washington.  This includes labor strikes, walkouts, or any concerted action that results in the failure of student employees to perform their normal duties.  An employee described under subsection (1) of this section who violates this subsection may be terminated from his or her employment with the University of Washington and may be prohibited from performing like work in any institution of higher education in the state of Washington." 

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
