    On page 3, line 21, after "(c)" strike all material through "it" on line 23 and insert "If not medically contraindicated, provide emergency contraception immediately at the hospital to each victim of sexual assault who:

    (i) Requests it; and

    (ii) Agrees, in writing and on a form provided by the hospital and developed in cooperation with the prosecutor's office, to cooperate with law enforcement in the investigation of the sexual assault.  If the woman does not sign the form, she shall not be provided emergency contraception"

EFFECT:  Provides emergency contraception only after a woman has agreed to cooperate in the investigation of the assault with law enforcement.
