    On page 9, line 11 of the amendment, after "maintenance." insert "No person may be an instructor in an electrical program at a public community or technical college or not-for-profit nationally accredited trade or technical school licensed by the work force training and education coordinating board under chapter 28C.10 RCW without having a valid journeyman electrician certificate of competency or a valid master journeyman electrician certificate of competency."

EFFECT:  To be an instructor at a community or technical college electrical program, a person must possess a valid journeyman or master journeyman electrician certificate of competency.
