    On page 2, after line 7, insert the following:

"Each year the organization shall seek permission from the employee to continue the request for a payroll deduction for purposes of contributions to political committees or for use as political contributions."

           EFFECT: Requires organizations receiving payroll deductions from members for political purposes to seek the member's permission each year to continue the deduction.
