    On page 2, line 2, after "of" strike everything through "licenses" on line 5, and insert "three dollars applies to the resident shellfish and seaweed license and a surcharge of ten dollars applies to the nonresident shellfish and seaweed license"

EFFECT: Establishes a surcharge of $3 for resident and $10 for  nonresident shellfish and seaweed licenses.  The surcharge for combination fishing licenses included in the underlying bill is eliminated.
