Background:

 

The Legislature, in the 2000 session, merged the titles relating to fisheries and wildlife (Titles 75 and 77) into one title, Title 77.  One provision of Chapter 77.16 RCW was not recodified with the other provisions of that chapter.

 

 

Summary of  Bill: 

 

A technical correction is made to a provision of the natural resource law by recodifying a section of Chapter 77.16 RCW into Chapter 77.55 RCW.

 

 

Appropriation:  None.

 

Fiscal Note:  Not Requested.

 

Effective Date:  Ninety days after adjournment of session in which bill is passed.
