Brief Summary of Bill

 

$Members of the Salmon Recovery Funding Board must file personal financial disclosure statements with the Public Disclosure Commission.

Background: 

 

The Salmon Recovery Funding Board (SRFB) consists of ten members.  Five of these members are from the general public who are appointed by the Governor and subject to confirmation by the state Senate.  The other five members are state officials designated by statute.  The board approves grants and loans for salmon recovery purposes throughout the state.

 

The members of the SRFB are not required to file personal financial disclosure statements with the Public Disclosure Commission.

 

Summary of Bill: 

 

Members of the Salmon Recovery Funding Board must file personal financial disclosure statements with the Public Disclosure Commission.

 

Appropriation:  None.

 

Fiscal Note:  Not Requested.

 

Effective Date:  Ninety days after adjournment of session in which bill is passed.
