Summary of Bill:  Effective August 1, 2001, the Code Reviser is added to the Uniform Legislation Commission as full commissioner with voting rights.

Effective Date:  The bill takes effect on August 1, 2001.

 

Testimony For:  This bill would make it easier for the commissioners to meet without violating the Open Public Meetings Act.
