Summary of Bill:  Initiatives to the people and to the Legislature must display the full text of any section of law that they would repeal.

Effective Date:  The bill contains an emergency clause and takes effect immediately.

 

Testimony For:  This is a very good bill so voters can identify the provisions proposed for repeal.
