Background: Appropriations for the operations of state government and its various agencies and institutions are made on the basis of a fiscal biennium that begins on July1 of each odd-numbered year.
Summary: Appropriations are made for the 2001-03 fiscal biennium.

The vetoes affect $3.646 million of state General Fund appropriations.
