Eliminating punch card voting systems.

    AN ACT Relating to eliminating punch card voting systems; and adding a new section to chapter 29.33 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 29.33 RCW to read as follows:

    Punch card voting systems may no longer be used after July 1, 2005.
