    AN ACT Relating to changing enforcement provisions for licensed sellers of cigarettes, tobacco, and herbal cigarettes without changing monetary penalties on retailers.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  This act shall be known as the changing enforcement provisions for licensed sellers of cigarettes, tobacco, and herbal cigarettes without changing monetary penalties on retailers act of 2001.
