AN ACT Relating to unemployment insurance; and creating a new section.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The legislature finds that the training benefits program enacted under Title 50 RCW needs to be updated to address current and anticipated needs, and further finds that the unemployment insurance system should be modified to provide for equity in tax rates and for managing the growth in the taxable wage base.
