Reducing the number of employees in the Washington management service.

    AN ACT Relating to reducing the number of employees in the Washington management service; and adding a new section to chapter 41.06 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 41.06 RCW to read as follows:

    Each agency must reduce the number of employees in the Washington management service by twenty-five percent by January 1, 2003.
