    AN ACT Relating to shoreline management improvement; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  This act shall be known as the shoreline management improvement act of 2001.
