Repealing mandatory replacement of license plates.

    AN ACT Relating to reissuance of license plates; and repealing RCW 46.16.233.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  RCW 46.16.233 (Standard background--Periodic replacement) and 2000 c 37 s 1 & 1997 c 291 s 2 are each repealed.
