    AN ACT Relating to the primary election process; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A fair and open primary election process is of paramount importance to the voters of Washington state.
