HB 1017 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Declares that the vehicle use permit is issued in the form of a decal, and two decals shall be issued at no charge with each annual saltwater, freshwater, combination, small game hunting, big game hunting, and trapping license issued by the department.

     Declares that the penalty for failure to display or improper display of the decal is sixty-six dollars.  This penalty must be reduced to fifty-six dollars if the violator provides proof to the department that he or she purchased a decal within thirty days after receiving the notice of violation.
