HB 1071 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Amends RCW 77.85.140 to adjust deadlines for salmon recovery grant applications.

     Provides that habitat project lists shall be submitted to the salmon recovery funding board for funding at least once a year on a schedule established by the board.

     Provides that project sponsors who complete salmon habitat projects approved for funding from habitat project lists and have met grant application deadlines will be paid by the salmon recovery funding board within thirty days of project completion.
