     Authorizes the department of licensing to establish engineer and land surveyors' certificate and licensing renewal intervals, renewal fees, and renewal dates.

     Provides that notices of pending renewals shall be sent by the director of the department of licensing to the certificate holder or licensee as a courtesy reminder specifying the date of expiration and amount of the renewal fee.  However, full responsibility for timely renewal rests with the certificate holder or licensee.
