HB 1192 - DIGEST

     Declares that the purpose of this act is to establish a system of licensing interpreters for the deaf that will enhance the opportunities of persons who are deaf or hearing impaired to enjoy the fruits of our society, increase their educational opportunities, enhance their public safety and security, and allow them to more fully enjoy their constitutional rights.
