HB 1210 - DIGEST

     Exempts motor vehicles that are: (1) Owned and operated by an institution of higher education; and (2) used solely in research and development activities for the testing of alternative fuels to power vehicles.

     Authorizes exemptions if the fuel is purchased by an institution of higher education and used solely in research and development activities for the testing of alternative fuels to power vehicles.
