HB 1340 - DIGEST

     Provides that an action shall not be brought or maintained against a commissioner, agent, or employee of a water conservancy board for any noncontractual acts or omissions of the water conservancy board or its commissioners, agents, or employees which are related to water transfers under chapter 90.80 RCW.
