HB 1402 - DIGEST

     Directs the commission to establish and maintain a no sales call list.  The no sales call list shall contain the name and telephone number or numbers of residents who do not want to receive telephone solicitation calls.  Residents must register at no charge with the commission to appear on the no sales call list.

     Provides that the act shall be null and void if appropriations are not approved.
