     Authorizes the county to impose an additional levy in an amount not to exceed five and three-quarter cents per thousand dollars of assessed valuation against the assessed valuation of all taxable property within the county.  A levy imposed under this provision must be specifically authorized by a majority of the county's registered voters approving a proposition authorizing the additional levy.

     Requires at least three and three-quarter cents of an additional levy imposed under this act shall be used solely for the purpose of acquiring real property for the preservation of salmon habitat.
