     Authorizes regional health care access demonstration projects.

     Appropriates the sum of four million dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2002, from the general fund to the health care authority for the purpose of paying for costs of demonstration projects under this act that are not covered by payments under chapters 74.09 and 70.47 RCW.
