HB 1804 - DIGEST

     Authorizes an intermediate licensee to drive a car pool to and from school during normal school and extracurricular hours, but not to or from events starting after 7:00 p.m., and may carry three or fewer passengers under the age of twenty who are not members of the holder's immediate family if the car pooling would reduce traffic and parking congestion in the immediate area of the school.
