HB 1859 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Exempts electric generating facilities using wind, solar energy, landfill gas, or fuel cells from sales and use taxes.

     Includes smaller facilities by lowering the threshold for application of the exemption to 200 watts.

     Extends the termination date of the exemption to June 30, 2009.
