HB 1947 - DIGEST

     Provides that the guidelines adopted by the department and master programs developed or amended by local governments according to RCW 90.58.080 shall not address new agricultural development that meets the definition of agricultural practices specified in RCW 90.58.030 unless the provisions of the guidelines relating to agricultural practices are reviewed and approved by the legislature.

     Provides that the guidelines and master programs shall not apply retroactively to agricultural practices as defined in RCW 90.58.030 existing prior to the adoption of the guidelines.
