HB 2016 - DIGEST

     Declares an intent: (1) To expand on federal protections relating to the collection and use of customers' personal and/or sensitive information; (2) to ensure the citizens of Washington have access to an information custodian privacy policy; and (3) to provide remedies for noncompliance.
