     Declares that the fee may be five percent of the property's value during the twenty-four month period beginning when the property is paid or delivered to the department, or twenty percent of the property's value for the period beginning twenty-four months after the property is paid or delivered to the department.

     Provides that unclaimed fund amounts must not be disclosed, except disclosure as to whether an unclaimed fund amount is above or below five thousand dollars, and if below five thousand dollars, whether it is above or below one hundred dollars.
