HB 2726 - DIGEST

     Provides that, on July 1, 2002, the treasurer shall transfer three million dollars from the state general fund to the county sales and use tax equalization account.

     Provides that, on July 1st of each fiscal year thereafter, the treasurer shall transfer the amount transferred in the previous fiscal year, increased by the current fiscal growth factor as calculated by the office of financial management.
