HR 4602 - DIGEST

     Resolves that the House of Representatives establish a select committee on elections to consider and develop legislation on conducting primaries for partisan elective offices in this state, along with any other election matters referred to the committee, and report legislation on these subjects out of committee with all the powers and duties of a standing committee of the house.
