SB 5085 - DIGEST

     Declares that public school districts and private schools may provide for the administration of glucagon to students who experience severe hypoglycemia when the students are in the custody of the school district or private school, pursuant to chapter 18.79 RCW, if the glucagon is provided in compliance with rules adopted under this act by the state nursing care quality assurance commission, and the instructions of a registered nurse or advanced registered nurse practitioner issued under the rules.
