SB 5104 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 2ND SUB)

     Provides that a county may levy an amount not to exceed ten cents per thousand dollars of assessed valuation against the assessed valuation of all taxable property within the county, three and three-quarter cents of which shall be used to acquire real property for the purpose of preserving salmon habitat.
