SB 5209-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Authorizes federally recognized Indian tribes to buy surplus real property within the boundary of the reservation from the department of transportation.

     Declares that, for the purposes of this act "reservation boundary" means the boundary of the reservation as established by federal law or under the authority of the United States Secretary of the Interior.
