SB 5253 - DIGEST

     Increases civil jury fees from fifty to one hundred twenty-five dollars to be paid by the person requesting a jury.

     Provides that the jury fee, when collected for a case tried by a limited jurisdiction court, shall be paid to the clerk of the court and is not subject to division under RCW 3.62.020 and 3.62.040.
