SB 5266 - DIGEST

     Provides that chapter 22.04 RCW does not apply to amounts received by owners for the sale of thoroughbred race horses purchased through claim at racing meets held in the state of Washington.  The claim purchase must comply with the claiming provisions adopted by the horse racing commission.
