SB 5285 - DIGEST

     Encourages school districts, public schools, and private schools to develop and adopt an emergency management plan limited in scope to the preparation for, response to, and recovery from human-caused emergencies stemming from acts or threats of violence or an all-hazard emergency management plan that details how it will prepare for, respond to, and recover from natural, technological, and human-caused emergencies and disasters, including acts of violence.
