     Declares that it is the intent of this act to coordinate the planning process of the growth management act, chapter 36.70A RCW, the critical areas provision of the growth management act, RCW 36.70A.130, and the shoreline management act, chapter 90.58 RCW.  The planning should be on the same schedule to fully integrate the statutory requirements of each.
