SB 5494 - DIGEST

     Provides that no person shall modify the exhaust system of a motor vehicle in a manner that violates RCW 46.09.120(1)(e).

     Does not apply to passenger vehicles being operated off the highways in an organized racing or competitive event conducted by a recognized sanctioning body.
